At Havering Sixth Form College we are committed to protecting your privacy. Our privacy policy is under continuous review to protect website visitors and ensure complete transparency.

This privacy policy was last updated in November 2016 to make reference to our new website, blog and the Havering Sixth Form College.

Visitors to Our Website

When somebody visits a website provided by Havering Sixth Form College we collect standard internet log information that details visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to help the college learn more about how their website is being used and how it can be improved. This information is collected in such a way that your identity will remain anonymous throughout. We will never make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

If you complete any forms on our websites, we will process this information on behalf of the college. This information will be stored securely in a database, emailed to a contact at the college, or both. We do nothing with this information and will never sell, distribute or lease this to third parties unless we are required to by law.

School News App

If you are a user of our School News App, you will be asked at the beginning to search for the school, you can do this with a standard text-based search or using your location. For this purpose, location services will need to be enabled on your device to use this feature. Your location is only ever used in this instance and is requested at device level only - it is never stored on our servers. Indeed no personal information is ever captured or stored when using the App.
